At Wells Fargo, David and I worked together on two complex projects for high priority initiatives - a comprehensive new hire learning path and a critical change readiness facilitated learning session, each showcasing David’s versatility with various learning modalities. David worked with me and another AA planner to help get our methodologies for helping scores of stations to transition to the new systems. David easily picked up the assignment and never required any close supervision as he mastered the requirements almost immediately. I must state that going into this transition the entire airline was counting on this small group of people. It was intense for the first few days as it was a brand new system. With David's help and clear communications, we delivered for the airline in proud fashion. Although a consultant myself at the time, I worked with AA for five years.
